Simple Forwarding

What Is It?

Forward your incoming calls to any mobile phone or landline in the US or Canada and ensure you never miss an important phone call. Your ParkNBlend forwarding options can be accessed from any computer and are updated in real time.

How to set it up

  • Log into your Member Account using your email address and password.
  • Select the Call Features tab.
  • Choose Call Forwarding from the menu.
  • Set your Call Forwarding preferences and click Save.

Call Logs

What Is It?

View the last 10 calls you received and missed through your TeleBlend Account. Your call logs will include the caller ID, telephone number and the time of the call.

How To Use It

  • Log into your Member Account using your email address and password.
  • Your most recent Call Log activity will be visible on the home page of your Member Account.

Contacts

What Is It?

Your online address book with names and numbers. Quickly store, find phone numbers and sort your contacts by category from any computer. This is a great way to back up your cell phone contact list and also create specific groups for call forwarding.

How To Use It

  • Log into your Member Account using your email address and password.
  • Select the Contacts tab.
  • From this page you can add, edit and delete contacts. You can also create and assign contacts to specific groups

Do Not Disturb

What Is It?

Do Not Disturb allows you to eliminate unwanted interruptions by enabling the feature in your member portal. All incoming calls will be directed straight to your Voicemail.

How To Use It

  • Log into your Member Account using your email address and password.
  • Select the Call Features tab.
  • Choose Call Forwarding from the menu.
  • Click on the Do Not Disturb button and click Save.

Find Me

What Is It?

Find Me forwarding eliminates the need to wait around for phone calls. Simply enable Find Me Forwarding and all your incoming calls will "find you" at multiple phone numbers, one after another. If you don't pick up at one number, the call will move on to the next, until either you pick up call or the call terminates. You can set the number of rings for each phone before the call moves on to the next number.

How To Use It

  • Log into your Member Account using your email address and password.
  • Select the Call Features tab.
  • Choose Call Forwarding from the menu.
  • Click on the Find Me Forwarding button.
  • A Find Me Forwarding configuration box will display. Set your forwarding ring preference and the phone number(s) you would like your ParkNBlend number to forward to and click Save.

SimRing

What Is It?

SimRing allows you to simultaneously ring up to three alternate phone numbers at the same time. All your selected phones will ring until you pick up, the caller hangs up, or the call reaches Voicemail which you can check when it is most convenient. Now you can use one phone number to reach you anywhere.

How To Use It

  • Log into your Member Account using your email address and password.
  • Select the Online Features tab.
  • Choose Call Forwarding from the menu.
  • Click on the SimRing button
  • A SimRing configuration box will display. Set your SimRing phone numbers (up to 3) and click Save.

Conference Calling

What Is It?

The conference calling feature allows you to talk with up to 100 people simultaneously using the ParkNBlend conference number and your ParkNBlend phone number.

The ParkNBlend conference feature is perfect for when you want to have conversations, meetings or presentations with more than two people at once. It’s easy to use and it’s included free with your ParkNBlend service. You will never have to remember reservations, pins or passwords again. The conference call will start once the first caller logs into the room, even if the ParkNBlend account holder isn’t on the call yet.

How To Use It

  • Provide the ParkNBlend conference calling number (805.309.8950), along with your ParkNBlend telephone number to everyone you would like on the call.

  • Dial (805.309.8950) from any phone. Once you hear the voice prompt, enter your ParkNBlend telephone number as the conference ID

  • Your conference call with family, friends or colleagues will be connected.

Anonymous Call Rejection

What Is It?

Lets you block calls that are set as anonymous on Caller ID so that they don't ring through to your phone. The anonymous caller will hear a fast busy signal and you no longer have to worry about taking a call from somebody you may not know

How To Use It

  • Log into your Member Account Manager using your email address and password.
  • Select the Call Features tab
  • Choose Blocking from the menu
  • Check the Block Anonymous Calls box and click Save.

Inbound Call Blocking

What Is It?

Block the incoming calls of unwanted callers. You can create a list of numbers to block in your member account. Callers on the block list will hear a busy signal when they call your number. You can add and remove numbers from your block list in real time, from any computer.

How To Use It

  • Log into your Member Account Manager using your email address and password.
  • Select the Call Features tab
  • Choose Blocking from the menu
  • Enter in the number(s) you would like to block under Block Specific Numbers and click Save.

Group Forwarding

What Is It?

Group Forwarding ensures that only calls from a specific group of people will be forwarded to the number of your choice. You can set up your specific groups in the contact section of your member account. This feature is perfect if you are only looking to forward calls from certain people, not everyone who calls your number.

How To Use It

  • Log into your Member Account using your email address and password.
  • Select Features.
  • Click on Group Forwarding.
  • Select the group you wish to forward calls for.
  • Insert the number you want the calls forwarded to.
  • Click Save.
